Accounting & Finance Officer - บริษัท อิตาเลเซีย เทรดดิ้ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1. ติดตามวางบิลและเก็บเงินจากลูกค้า,  จัดทำงานด้านบันทึกการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า พร้อมจัดชุดเอกสารรับชำระหนี้

2. ตรวจสอบบิลกับรายงานการเปิดบิลขายในแต่ละวัน ได้รับครบแล้วจัดเรียงเข้าแฟ้มลูกหนี้รายตัวตามเขตที่รับผิดชอบ

3. ติดตามทวงถามเงินจากลูกค้าที่ขาดการชำระเงิน เลยกำหนดเวลา

4. Reconcile ตรวจสอบยอดเงินที่ได้รับให้ตรงตาม Bank Statement และบันทึกตัดบัญชีลูกหนี้

5. คอยตรวจเช็คบัญชีลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้แน่ว่าบัญชีลูกค้าแต่ละรายไม่มีปัญหา

6. ติดตามหนี้ พร้อมจัดทำแฟ้ม Statement ลูกหนี้ทุกเดือน

7. รับเรื่องประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้ากับทีมขาย ในการวางบิลและรับเช็ค

1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงินหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี

3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีพื้นฐาน และ Word , Excel ได้ดี

4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีวินัยในการทำงาน

5. หากมีประสบการณ์ในด้านบัญชีการเงิน AR จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
