Responsibilities
- Develop new products, materials, and technologies.
- Design products and conduct performance testing.
- Analyze data and solve technical problems.
- Plan R&D activities and execute projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research and development, material development, or product development.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Able to work in Lopburi (Pattananikom).
