Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, sales teams, agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Create and develop marketing content for online and offline channels.
- Support social media, digital marketing, product communication, and campaign materials.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, customer, and industry research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare marketing presentations, reports, campaign summaries, and performance updates.
- Support product launches, events, exhibitions, training sessions, and other marketing activities.
- Utilize modern digital and AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, and marketing execution.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related areas.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, well-organized, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new technologies.
- Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, or other AI/content creation tools is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in construction materials, paints is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Curious and eager to learn new marketing trends and technologies.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI and new digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on working style.
