Responsibilities
* Drive 100% new business development (hunter role) to acquire new clients in ocean and air freight services
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s logistics business locally and globally.
* Identify, approach, and secure new customers in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Management services.
* Provide customized logistics solutions including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross-border Transportation, and Project Cargo services.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop integrated logistics solutions for customers.
* Recruit, build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to support business growth objectives.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with strong expertise in Air & Sea Freight services.
* Proven success in hunting sales, business development, and acquiring new accounts with high-value revenue generation.
* Strong capability in setting up, leading, and developing a sales team is required.
* Strong hunter mindset with proven track record in new client acquisition
* Strong knowledge of bidding management, quotation analysis, and pricing strategy development.
* Good understanding of international logistics, freight rates, and trade lanes
* Solid understanding of customs regulations, international trade compliance, and freight operations.
* Strong leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.

ตั้งแต่เริ่มดำเนินธุรกิจมาบริษัทได้เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องและจากประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ที่ผ่านมา เรามีโอกาสให้บริการทั้งบริษัทขนาดเล็ก บริษัทขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ที่มีความต้องการเฉพาะในการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ โดยให้บริการขนส่งที่เหมาะสม เช่น รถสี่ล้อ รถหกล้อ รถสิบล้อ รถบรรทุก รถพ่วง เป็นต้น
