Responsibilities
-Lead the development and implementation of the local ESG system and policies.
-Define ESG targets for various departments, monitor progress, and ensure continuous improvement.
-Research and track local ESG policies and regulations, providing legal interpretations and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure full ESG compliance.
-Collect, calculate, and analyze ESG-related data, leading the preparation of local or country-specific ESG reports as required.
-Manage ESG expectations and requirements from customers, government agencies, and other stakeholders, while addressing concerns and maintaining strong institutional relationships.
-Responsible for ESG award applications and driving internal/external ESG culture through the planning and execution of activities.
-Support sales and branding teams in external ESG exchanges and communication initiatives.
-Organize ESG training and educational programs to enhance employee awareness and participation.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Energy, Sustainability, or related fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience.
-Expertise in ESG, Sustainability, ISO 26000, Carbon Footprint, CSR, LCA, SDGs, Net Zero, Decarbonization, and Circular Economy.
-Familiarity with Labor Law, Environmental Law, and Human Rights regulations.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and analytical thinking.
-Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for both written and verbal communication (HSK5 or above required).
