Responsibilities
1. Contact with China HQ and Chinese suppliers to collect and organize material declaration elements.
2. Data Management & Translation: Translate declaration details between Chinese and Thai ; upload data into GTS (Global Trade System) and track approval progress.
3. Certification Management: Follow up on the application and processing of import certificates, specifically focusing on TISI and NBTC standards.
4. Financial Support: Coordinate with the Finance Department to collect payment documentation and handle system posting for Accounts Payable (AP).
Qualifications
1. Experience & Background: Solid understanding of international trade fundamentals; prior experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
2. Language & Communication: Proficient in Trilingual communication (Chinese, Thai, and English). Must possess strong logical reasoning and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments.
3. Core Competencies: High stress tolerance and problem-solving skills. A strong sense of responsibility, high execution capability, and keen risk awareness.
4. Experience & Background: Solid understanding of international trade fundamentals; at least 1 year experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
5.Communication Skills: Strong logical reasoning and communication skills; capable of handling cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination effectively.
6.Characteristic: High stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities. Must be highly responsible, execution-oriented, and possess a keen awareness of operational risks.
