Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate spare parts operations, focusing on supply rates, backorder monitoring, inventory accuracy, and closed-loop supply chain management.
- Accurately forecast spare parts demand based on historical data and manage procurement planning to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Establish efficient inventory levels and manage daily warehouse processes including bin-location, inbound/outbound flows, and regular stock takes.
- Monitor parts quality and handle claims related to arrival discrepancies and export business customer issues.
- Manage and train local personnel while optimizing management systems and standard operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze usage data and regularly report inventory status, fulfillment rates, and costs to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Automotive Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years specifically in the spare parts field.
- Proven experience in front-line spare parts order management, spare parts planning, or warehouse management operations is preferred.
- Business-level proficiency in English, with Chinese language skills being a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP, SAP, WMS, and other supply chain management systems for advanced data analysis.
- Strong numerical logic, analytical thinking, and professional reporting skills.
- Expertise in inventory optimization, balancing stock levels to effectively avoid shortages and overstocking.
- Sharp cost control awareness, maintaining optimal inventory costs while meeting all supply requirements.
