Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis and core code development, assisting in the formulation of interface specifications and architectural design
- Complete system optimization and refactoring under the guidance of the technical lead
- Assist in system deployment, monitoring, and fundamental performance tuning
- Participate in database management and SQL optimization (with guidance from senior engineers)
- Participate in preliminary research on new technologies, progressively undertaking technical challenge tasks
- Perform daily operations and maintenance of information systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in computer science or related fields; candidates from unrelated disciplines must possess at least 2 years of relevant development experience)
- Minimum 3 years' Java development experience with proven project delivery track record (candidates with partial technical stack alignment may be considered)
- Proficiency in microservices development, mastery of core frameworks such as SpringBoot and MyBatis, with foundational knowledge of SpringCloud
- Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases; candidates with basic SQL optimisation skills preferred
- Proficiency in at least one messaging middleware (e.g., RabbitMQ/Kafka/Redis) with understanding of core mechanisms
- Proficient in basic Linux operations, capable of performing straightforward deployments
- Proficient in Git, with a foundational understanding of tools such as Jenkins and K8S (internal training provided)
- Language requirements: Fluent English communication skills; candidates proficient in Chinese communication are preferred
