Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and testing solutions for new products
- Design and develop automated testing platforms
- Conduct functional and performance testing for components, inverters, and energy storage products
- Manage test equipment lifecycle including procurement, installation, calibration, and maintenance
- Ensure laboratory EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance
- Develop test plans, test cases, and detailed test reports
- Support troubleshooting and reliability testing activities
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Measurement & Control, Telecommunications, or related fields
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in testing or engineering field
-Knowledge of Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, and Power Electronics
-Familiar with power conversion topology and power electronic devices such as IGBT, MOSFET, and Diode
-Familiar with EMC/EMI, safety compliance, and reliability testing
-Able to operate testing equipment such as Oscilloscope, DC Power Supply, and Power Analyzer
-Familiar with communication protocols such as MODBUS TCP/IP, MODBUS RTU, and CAN
-Good command of English (Chinese is an advantage)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
