Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test programs, including Functional Test (FCT), Functional Testing, Aging Test, and other related test procedures.
Design, evaluate, and improve testing fixtures and equipment to support production requirements.
Develop, review, and optimize test instructions, operating procedures, and calibration methods.
Define and optimize test equipment parameters to ensure product quality and testing efficiency.
Manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities, calibration schedules, and maintenance costs for testing equipment.
Improve testing equipment performance, increase test efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
Optimize testing processes and methodologies to shorten test cycle time while maintaining product quality.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and investigate product failures, providing technical feedback and corrective actions to relevant departments.
Support new product introduction (NPI), production transfer, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of inverter assembly processes, testing methodologies, and manufacturing operations.

Familiar with Functional Test (FCT), Aging Test, and electrical testing equipment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD, PLC programming, or electrical design software is an advantage.

Able to fabricate wiring harnesses and operate common electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good communication and coordination skills with a proactive attitude.

Good command of English (spoken and written). Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
