Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities – Testing Engineer
- Develop and maintain basic testing data and standards, including FCT (Functional Circuit Test), Functional Test, Aging Test, related testing processes, and calibration procedures.
- Design, develop, and recommend testing equipment, tools, and fixtures to support product testing.
- Translate, prepare, and improve test instructions and testing procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Define, set up, and control parameters for testing equipment and related machines.
- Plan and manage testing equipment maintenance activities and control related maintenance costs.
- Optimize testing equipment performance to improve testing efficiency and accuracy while reducing energy consumption.
- Optimize testing processes and methods to reduce test cycle time and improve overall production efficiency.
- Diagnose and analyze technical issues related to defective or failed products, summarize root causes, and provide feedback to relevant departments for corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of inverter assembly processes, both theoretical and practical.
- Proficient in computer applications. Experience with electrical design/drafting software such as AutoCAD and PLC-related software will be an advantage.
- Skilled in making various types of electrical connection cables/wiring and using basic testing and measurement instruments.
- Proactive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational and coordination skills, leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and confidence in expressing ideas.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
