Position: Planning Specialist
Department: Planning Dept.
Company: Sungrow Developers (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Work Location: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

1. Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.

2. Monitor daily and weekly production progress to ensure production output meets the established plan and delivery schedule.

3. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, Process, and other related departments to ensure smooth production operations.

4. Monitor material availability and inventory levels to prevent material shortages or excess inventory that may impact production.

5. Review customer orders, production requirements, and delivery priorities, and adjust production schedules when necessary.

6. Follow up on material shortages, production delays, capacity constraints, and other issues that may affect the production plan.

7. Analyze production capacity, manpower, equipment availability, and material readiness to support effective production planning.

8. Maintain and update planning data in ERP/MRP or related systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

9. Monitor inventory, WIP, and finished goods levels to support production and delivery requirements.

10. Coordinate with relevant teams regarding urgent orders, schedule changes, material shortages, and delivery risks.

11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production planning, material status, inventory, and delivery performance.

12. Analyze planning KPIs and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, inventory control, and on-time delivery.

13. Support continuous improvement activities related to planning processes, inventory optimization, and production efficiency.

14. Perform other duties and assignments as required by the supervisor or management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Production Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Production Planning, Material Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain, or a manufacturing environment.

• Able to communicate effectively in Thai–Chinese or Thai–English for daily work coordination.

• Good knowledge of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and production processes.

• Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn and take initiative.

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to follow up on assigned tasks until completion.

• Good coordination and communication skills; able to work effectively with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other related departments.

• Able to work under pressure, handle urgent issues, and adapt to changing production priorities.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP/MRP systems is preferred.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
