Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
-Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated equipment and electrical control systems in the manufacturing process.
-Develop, modify, and optimize electrical control programs to improve equipment performance and reliability.
-Support automation systems, including Siemens PLC, KUKA industrial robots, and Vision Systems.
-Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Monitor and improve equipment performance using MFEMA, OEE, and other key performance indicators.
-Collaborate with production, process, and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of electrical principles, control circuits, and industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following 3 skills, or advanced expertise in at least 1: Siemens PLC Programming KUKA Robot Programming Industrial Vision Systems
- Ability to modify and optimize electrical control programs.
- Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, MFEMA, and OEE.
- Intermediate English communication skills (able to communicate in daily work situations).
- Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Working Hours : Monday – Saturday
