Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning, deployment, and daily operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and stability
2. Maintain and optimize enterprise application systems (e.g., ERP, MES, OA, email systems), and promptly troubleshoot system issues and incidents
3. Manage data center operations, ensuring compliance with 5S standards and safe, stable operation of all equipment
4. Establish and improve system monitoring mechanisms (CPU, memory, network, storage, etc.) to proactively identify and resolve potential risks
5. Administer and optimize core IT services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and email systems (e.g., MS365 / SMTP)
6. Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware / Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure / AWS / Alibaba Cloud)
7. Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity
8. Manage and optimize storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions
9. Participate in information security initiatives, including vulnerability remediation, access control, and system hardening
10. Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and incident response procedures
11. Collaborate with internal departments to analyze IT requirements and provide technical support
12. Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations
Qualifications
.1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid experience with Windows Server and/or Linux system installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Active Directory (Group Policy), DNS, DHCP WSUS, file sharing, print services
- Email systeperience with storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / Alibaba Cloud)
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall)
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
