Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee both Sales and Service Departments. This role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in automotive retail, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage sales and service teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Drive staff training, motivation, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in automotive dealership management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and service targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
