Supervisor Engineering (O&M) - บริษัท เจนเนอรัล เอนเนอร์ยี่ แมนนิ่ง จำกัด

• Supervise operation and maintenance activities for facility and building engineering systems, including HVAC, Chiller Plant, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Building Infrastructure

• Develop and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) programs to ensure system reliability and operational continuity. 

• Manage facility service providers, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with service agreements, KPIs, safety, and quality standards.

• Lead facility improvement, renovation, and CAPEX projects from planning, tendering, execution, commissioning, and project handover.

• Prepare technical specifications, scope of work , and support procurement and contract management activities. 

• Lead facility performance improvement programs by optimizing maintenance costs, enhancing system reliability, and driving energy efficiency initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, audit standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business operations and facility-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
