Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end regional marketing activities, including shopping mall displays, test-drive events, and customer retention programs.
- Ensure high execution quality by providing on-site guidance and support to dealers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance targets.
- Act as a regional expert to train and support dealers on digital tools and CRM/UOP systems, ensuring accurate data management and utilization.
- Support dealers in lead funnel management and sales conversion optimization, from marketing leads to actual sales results.
- Conduct strategic performance and financial analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of regional marketing investments.
- Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI and market share growth.
- Communicate and cascade marketing policies, strategies, and resources to dealers, ensuring smooth coordination between headquarters and regional networks.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in regional marketing, dealer management, or project management within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proven experience in dealer network management, CRM/UOP systems, and data-driven marketing execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned regions; valid driver’s license required.
- Proficient in Thai and English communication (Chinese language skills are an advantage).
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
