Mechanical Engineer - บริษัท แอคซีไลท์ เทคโนโลยีส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

- ออกแบบและพัฒนาชิ้นส่วน/โครงสร้างทางกลผลิตภัณฑ์ด้าน Fiber Optic Transceiver และอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ใช้งานใน Cleanroom
- ออกแบบ Housing, Bracket, Heat Sink และชิ้นส่วน Precision ที่มีความแม่นยำสูง
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ตั้งแต่ Prototype, Trial Production จนถึง Mass Production
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงแบบวิศวกรรม 2D/3D Drawing และ BOM
- ควบคุม Tolerance และ GD&T ให้เหมาะสมกับ Optical Alignment และ Assembly ใน Cleanroom
- ออกแบบและปรับปรุง Jig, Fixture และ Tooling สำหรับกระบวนการประกอบใน Cleanroom
- สนับสนุนงาน NPI (New Product Introduction) ตั้งแต่ Prototype จนถึง Mass Production
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางกลที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต เช่น Deformation, Thermal Issue, Assembly Issue
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม R&D, Process, Quality และ Production ภายใต้ข้อกำหนด Cleanroom
- ประสานงานกับ Supplier ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงชิ้นส่วนเครื่องกล
- สนับสนุนการทดสอบ Reliability เช่น Thermal Cycling, Vibration, Shock และ Environmental Test
- จัดทำเอกสารทางวิศวกรรม และปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด Cleanroom

- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2-5 ปี ด้านวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, Semiconductor, Optoelectronics, Cleanroom Environment หรือ Precision Manufacturing จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับชิ้นส่วนเครื่องกลที่มีความแม่นยำสูง (Precision Mechanical Parts)
- มีความรู้ด้าน Precision Mechanical Design, Tolerance และ GD&T ที่มีผลต่อ Optical Alignment
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบ 3D CAD เช่น SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA หรือเทียบเท่า
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้านการจัดการความร้อน (Thermal Management) การป้องกันไฟฟ้าสถิต (ESD) และการเลือกวัสดุที่เหมาะกับ Cleanroom
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม R&D, Process, Quality และ Production ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
- **สามารถอ่าน เขียน และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทางเทคนิคได้ดี**
