Responsibilities
- Consolidate new model documentation including sheet records, SPC control charts, and work instructions; record issues during the new model stage; manage tooling and equipment pre-trial; consolidate inspection data from trial samples; and manage environmental aspect activities and SWOT analysis in accordance with ISO 14001.
- Prepare tooling and equipment for new sample production; coordinate with relevant departments for new model preparation; record new sample data for the stranding process; summarize production data for each model; and support problem analysis, investigation, and corrective actions for non-conforming product quality issues.
- Control product quality to meet customer requirements; evaluate the quality and characteristics of non-conforming products; analyze issues and determine corrective actions based on customer complaints; and summarize results of new model development and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all work adheres to company policy, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and strictly comply with applicable laws, regulations, requirements, vision, mission, and quality and environmental policies.
Qualifications
- Male
- Age between 27-37 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience up to 7 years.
- English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent.
