Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across business processes.
  • Perform Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and evaluate the effectiveness of key controls.
  • Monitor and analyze operational risk incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and prepare risk reports for management.
  • Review business processes and identify potential control gaps and risk mitigation opportunities.
  • Support new products, processes, and system changes from an operational risk perspective.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement and follow up on risk mitigation actions.
  • Support the development and improvement of operational risk policies, procedures, and frameworks.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Operational Risk, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related fields.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or auto finance is an advantage.
