Responsibilities
- Able to write SQL queries or create dashboards on BI tools, including both real-time dashboards and day-1 dashboards.
- Create dashboards based on the requirements of the product/marketing/risk/collections teams, with a solid understanding of the business processes involved in car title loan products.
- Able to analyze issues in the workflow from data or help identify other business opportunities on an ad-hoc basis as requested by other departments, such as customer insight analysis. This requires an in-depth understanding of the company's products and the ability to conduct deep analysis using available data.
- Prepare regulatory reports to be sent to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and alert the business about potential issues that may arise.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to address business problems and provide insights and conclusions based on data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-5 years of experience in data management and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL , Python and BI tools such as Power BI ,Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts.
