Responsibilities
- Manage the effectiveness of the Quality, Security, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSSHE) management system to meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 PSHEMS, and ISPS Code standards.
- Drive and execute QSSHE activities, monitoring and measuring progress against developed plans and roadmaps to ensure effective QSSHE implementation in alignment with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a Process Excellence or LEAN ambassador for safety within the company’s Kaizen projects.
- Provide advice and support to management on the development, implementation, review, and revision of QSSHE management systems across the company workplace.
- Conduct activities and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance QSSHE mindset and behavior, continuously reduce risks, and build employee knowledge and awareness of QSSHE.
- Provide continuous support to the QSSHE Team.
- Collaborate with the regional QSSHE team to achieve key missions aligned with business objectives and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional Safety Officer Certification (by Thai Law).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (QSSHE) within multi-international companies, particularly in the Oil & Gas, Airline, or Chemical industries.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience as a LEAN or Process Excellence Practitioner.
- High critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability in team development.
- Results-oriented with excellent time management and planning skills.
- Good command of English and computer proficiency.
