Responsibilities
Take responsible and operate day-to-day activities which relate with indirect material on terms that are in the company’s best interest.
Prepare purchasing report by monthly basis
Evaluate supplier performance.
1. To acquire indirect materials and/or services for supporting Operation in Ecco manufacturing unit with competitive price, quality and proper timeline.
• Conduct RFQ / bidding
2. Control plant indirect procurement process to follow General Purchase Procedure and Ecco Code of Conduct.
• Handle PR/PO process
• Follow up delivery with suppliers
3. To support cost saving productivity and initiate cost saving ideas.
• Prepare cost saving report
• Lead cost saving projects.
4. Build supplier relationship and improve their competencies and also source/develop new suppliers to minimize the cost .
• Conduct supplier evaluation by yearly basis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Logistics, or any related field
- 1-5 years in area of purchasing / procurement management from manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in SAP, or experience in another ERP
- Effective communication, good in both written and oral communications
- Good interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
- Good problem-solving skill.
