Freight master in SAP (TCM)

• Coordinate with GSPS for create master freight in SAP
• Revise freight master when have revise rate or change forwarding agency.

Follow up shipment and update

• Upon receiving a confirmation from purchaser or importer to be ensure all relevant import document either directly from supplier or responsible purchaser will be received purposes for import formality on time.
• Expedite and improve all lead time, freight cost and any delivery activities from global consignor to designated destination in Thailand.
• Ensure all service providers related import activities, particularly for customs broker will regally perform in accordance with Thailand's rule / regulation
• Ensure shipment all the way from all forwarding agent and shipping receive and distribute to relate every day
• Update shipment delivery to warehouse and relate before shipment arrival
• Ensure the import document of incoming shipment to warehouse and relate before the goods arrival

BOI relates

• If BOI material import, have to provide the Import/export documents to BOI officer for apply the duty exemption and/or process compliance with BOI regulations. 

Freight Expenses 

• Records statistic on lead time and all cost from customs broker/forwarder
• Summary monthly all import & export cost
• Ensure freight cost is corrected and forwarder send the freight billing timely
• Checking freight billing to ensure correctly as agreement rate and documents compliance with government regulation. 

Freight: Automatic posting in TCM  

• Create shipment type in SAP and put actual weight, actual volume and delivery date into factory
• Create shipment cost and post freight cost to SAP (TCM) after receive Billing from agency
• Hand over freight Invoice and all import document after manager sign to Finance for settle payment 

Freight PO creation 

• Open PO for freight and handling charge after check of each shipment on SAP by separate USER, Department, MOT, Vendors
• Good received of Freight PO
• Hand over the original freight Invoice and all import documents relate to accounting department

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
• 3 - 5 years in Import & Export experience in manufacturing field is preferable.
• Effective communication, intermediate level of English communication
• Computer literacy (MS office, Outlook and SAP)
