Responsibilities
- Manage development plans within the Group Development department, from the initial stage to handover to the Technical Department.
- Manage Fast-to-Market orders. Act as the contact person for the unit by recording progress, providing feedback, and communicating with Global Planning regarding Group Development.
- Create weekly plans for Upper Planning and Montage Planning to support all tasks in Group Development.
- Ensure all products under Group Development are delivered on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Engineer or any related field
- 0-5 years in planning, production control manufacturing field is preferable.
- Effective communication, good in both written and oral communications
- Good interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
- Good problem-solving skill.
- Good at English
