Responsibilities
- Analyze sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends to align supply plans with customer demand.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to optimize capacity.
- Coordinate with material, planning, and stitching teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Monitor and manage workflow to maintain delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and well-organized with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, capable of working effectively under pressure.
