Lab Supervisor - บริษัท เอคโค่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

•  Perform the laboratory testing of all raw materials, improved or developed materials, new or alternative materials, new-developed products, and finished product according to specification and standard test instruction
• Cooperate with entry control, material approval, and development to avoid sending the imperfect raw material, regards to physical properties failure, to production
• Ensure all tests perform aligned to update ECCO Test method and ensure laboratory conditions are aligned to ECCO laboratory quality system.
• Create and complete the material laboratory reports, related to all raw material and material/improved or developed materials/new or alternative materials/new-developed products and finished product, into ECCO Laboratory database system.
• Control and perform all material laboratory and processes related to sample preparation and testing regarding to specifications and standard test instructions.
• Analyse some possible problems related to material and urgently take corrective actions for solving and preventing the issue which can be reoccurred in production. 
• Maintain the laboratory tools and equipment which are used for quality check.
• Cooperate with entry control, material approval, development, GMM, GDE to avoid sending the imperfect raw material to production. 

1. Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant science field — such as Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Materials Science or textile technology or any related fields

2. 5-10 years of experiences in related experience in shoe industry or textile or regulated industries will be an advantage.

3. Processing skills and experience in laboratory work

4. Good command of English and computer skills

5. Handle stress easily, strong management, problem analysis and problem-solving skills

6. Ability in planning and coordination, team player, ability in making decision in any situations
