Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automation solutions to replace manual tasks, reduce cycle times, and eliminate human error.
- Evaluate and recommend efficient tools and technologies for various automation use cases.
- Identify process redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for consolidation and improvement.
- Define integration requirements, oversee configuration of APIs, middleware layers, and data exchange protocols, ensuring seamless data flow across the system ecosystem.
- Establish system governance frameworks, versioning protocols, and access management, ensuring compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate system bugs, integration failures, and performance degradation, delivering root cause analyses and implementing permanent fixes or workarounds.
- Partner with stakeholders and Operations teams to assess the operational impact of system changes and translate technical constraints into clear business implications.
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date technical documentation and proactively identify areas for system optimization.
- Champion the adoption of emerging automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Excellent in English both spoken and written skill
