Responsibilities
Checking Material Resources Planning.
A. Direct Material Requirements
• Communicate to Upper/ Montage planning for order commitment
• Analyze the material requirements based on Upper/ Shoes Planning
B. Inventory management
• Check sufficiency of stock level status in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in SAP system and control order quantity
• Escalate critical issues to superior based on stock level analysis
Maintain Procurement activities:
A. Purchasing;
• Create Purchaser Order (PO) based on sales order and commitment
• Determine delivery, transportation method, material description, general quality requirement and prices
• Update on PO into SAP system
• Support other unit to procure direct material from local vender
• Support other unit to purchase direct material from TH’s stock
• Update inbound delivery of direct materials for Import/ Export and Warehouse.
B. Receiving;
• Prepare the incoming material notification to Warehouse
• Check on the incoming material to meet the quality require by QI department
• Check timeliness of direct material delivery as per require by Plan
• Follow up claim to vender for quality, quantity or cost issue within 14 working days
C. Evaluate Supplier;
• Evaluate vender performance in part of delivery
D. Freight
• Ensure freight under budget
E. Surplus stock
• Ensure surplus stock under budget
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration or any related fields
2. New graduated is welcome.
3. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and planning skill
4. SAP on MM module will be considered
5. Good on computer literacy (Microsoft word, Excel, Power Piont), SAP
6. Good command in English
