General Manager - ฟิวเจอร์พาร์ครังสิต (บริษัท รังสิตพลาซ่า จำกัด)

• Oversee and manage overall operations of Future Arena, SKI365, and related business units to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence.

• Develop annual budgets, manage expenses, approve purchasing, and ensure financial performance aligns with company targets.

• Manage and maximize EBITDA for Common View Co., Ltd. and Poolwanich Co., Ltd. according to corporate policies.

• Plan and execute sales promotions, marketing activities, and revenue-generating initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments.

• Monitor business performance, analyze financial results, and provide regular operational reports to SVP/MD and the Board.

• Lead and support managers and staff, develop team capabilities, and ensure effective workforce planning.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, service quality, and facility readiness across all business units.

• Identify and acquire new business partners to enhance corporate capabilities and drive new growth opportunities.

• Lead additional assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, performance tracking, and operation alignment with corporate goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Sports Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate management or business administration.

• Experience in shopping center management, sports business, fitness centers, or recreational facilities is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of sports business operations and recreational management.

• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage financial reports, analytical data, and performance evaluations effectively.

• High responsibility, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external departments.
