Organizational Development & Business Excellence

• Lead organization-wide improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.

• Evaluate, develop, and implement management systems, standards, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic transformation projects and change initiatives.

• Monitor project progress and ensure successful achievement of defined objectives and KPIs.

TQA & Quality Management

• Lead and coordinate organizational development initiatives based on Thailand Quality Award (TQA) principles.

• Facilitate organizational self-assessment and identify opportunities for improvement (OFI).

• Work closely with management teams and external consultants to strengthen organizational capabilities and business excellence practices.

• Support the organization's journey toward quality and performance excellence.

Business Process Improvement

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.

• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and process standardization initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, and other quality improvement tools.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions that improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience.

Governance & Internal Audit

• Support the development and maintenance of quality management systems and operational standards.

• Plan and facilitate Internal Quality Audits and follow-up improvement actions.

• Promote process discipline, risk reduction, and continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Organization Development, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Quality Management, or related functions.

• Proven experience in TQA, Business Excellence Frameworks, or Organizational Excellence programs.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.

• Hands-on experience in Lean, Kaizen, QCC, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, or other process improvement methodologies.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.

• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership capabilities.

• Experience in Shopping Mall, Retail, Property Management, or Real Estate businesses.

• Professional certifications related to Quality Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Excellence.

• Experience working with TQC/TQA assessment projects.
