Fund manager (REIT) - NN King Of fruit CO., LTD.

Manage multi-asset portfolio with a focus on REITs, Property Funds, Infrastructure Funds and related asset classes for mutual fund, private fund and provident fund businesses.

Implement investment strategies to achieve superior risk-adjusted performance relative to benchmarks and absolute return objectives.

Analyze domestic and foreign REITs, Property Funds, Infrastructure Funds and related asset classes, as well as macroeconomics and financial markets to support investment decision-making.

Participate in regular client review meetings and client’s pitching along with the marketing team to support the acquisition of new mandates.

Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields

Experience at least 5 years in investment management or related fields; Direct experience in REITs, Property Funds, Infrastructure Funds, or real asset investments is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods

Knowledge of programming and data analytics tools will be viewed favorably.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Possess Fund Manager license, CFA will be an advantage
