• สนับสนุนทีมขายในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า
• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและเอกสารประกอบการขาย เช่น สเปกสินค้า หรือรายละเอียดการใช้งาน
• ตอบข้อซักถามทางเทคนิคจากลูกค้าและทีมขาย
• ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรและทีมพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อข้อมูลเชิงลลึก
• จัดทำเอกสารสรุปความต้องการทางเทคนิคของลูกค้าเพื่อส่งต่อให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคนิคหรือ IT Support
• มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบเครือข่าย ซอฟต์แวร์ หรือฮาร์ดแวร์
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอข้อมูลทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อนให้เข้าใจง่าย
• ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและทีมเทคนิค
• ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่ที่มีความสนใจในงานด้าน Presales
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือโซลูชันทางเทคนิค จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
