• วิเคราะห์และประเมินความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการเรียกร้องสินไหมทางการแพทย์
• ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของการรักษาพยาบาลกับเงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย
• ประสานงานกับโรงพยาบาล ผู้เอาประกันภัย และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม
• จัดทำบันทึกและรายงานผลการพิจารณาสินไหมตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
• ให้คำแนะนำและอธิบายผลการพิจารณาแก่ผู้เอาประกันภัยอย่างชัดเจน
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและระเบียบปฏิบัติของบริษัทในการพิจารณาสินไหม

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพยาบาล 2-5 ปี
• มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการพิจารณาสินไหมทางการแพทย์ หรือความรู้ด้านประกันภัย
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจบนพื้นฐานข้อมูล
• ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและอธิบายข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนได้อย่างชัดเจน
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการเอกสารจำนวนมากได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
