• Manage YADEA Thailand’s New Retail social media accounts, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Develop localized social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and account activity.
• Plan and create engaging social media content tailored to Thai audiences, including short-form videos, images, and written content, highlighting product features, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Manage interactions with followers and customers across social media platforms by responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner, maintaining a positive brand image, and collecting customer insights to support business improvement.
• Support Shopee Live, online store promotions, and other e-commerce campaigns by developing social media traffic-driving strategies to increase store visits, live-stream engagement, and conversion rates.
• Monitor social media performance and key metrics, analyze results regularly, and optimize content and operational strategies to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate closely with designers, live-stream hosts, and other team members to ensure smooth and effective online marketing operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Strong content planning and creation skills, particularly in short-video scriptwriting, social media copywriting, and visual content editing.
• Experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic content creation, editing, and social media management tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a responsible, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with basic data analysis skills, creativity, and awareness of current social media and digital trends.
• Knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) or electric two-wheeler industry is an advantage.
