• ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในการทำกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ให้การสนับสนุนด้านการศึกษาแก่นักเรียนรายบุคคลหรือกลุ่มเล็กตามความเหมาะสม
• สังเกตและติดตามพัฒนาการการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน พร้อมรายงานครูผู้สอน
• จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และสื่อการเรียนการสอนตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ประสานงานกับครูผู้สอนเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการชั้นเรียนและกิจกรรมต่างๆ

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาการศึกษา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ หรือการดูแลนักเรียน 2-3 ปี
• มีความเข้าใจในพัฒนาการของนักเรียนและความต้องการด้านการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับนักเรียน ครู และผู้ปกครอง
• มีความกระตือรือร้นและอดทนในการทำงานกับเด็กและเยาวชน
• ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นในทีม
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
