Responsibilities
- Define and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans
- Partner with Hiring Managers to analyze and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Design and implement in-depth candidate screening and assessment processes to identify high-potential talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer presentation
- Develop and deliver capability-building programs for Hiring Managers on best recruitment practices
- Analyze labor market data and compensation trends to inform hiring decisions
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and exit interviews to gather critical insights
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance against established targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Proven ability to accurately analyze job roles and define precise candidate profiles
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates beyond their CVs
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers
- Demonstrated experience in managing and achieving measurable recruitment targets
- Understanding of labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition
- Previous experience from a Recruitment Agency or a non-HR background is a plus.
