Production Supervisor - NN King Of fruit CO., LTD.

• Oversee and control production processes within the assigned line to meet plans and standards
• Manage production resources, including personnel, machinery, and raw materials, for maximum efficiency
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly production to ensure timely delivery of products
• Coordinate with maintenance and procurement departments to resolve machine issues and secure raw materials
• Analyze and continuously improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
• Supervise safety and occupational health practices within the production area
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports, including issues and corrective actions

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of production experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry
• Strong understanding of industrial production processes, chemicals, and safety standards
• Ability to analyze problems and make decisions under urgent circumstances
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with operational teams
• TOEIC score of 550 or higher
• Experience in team leadership or process improvement projects is a plus.
