• Degree in Civil engineering.
• Experience in both Architectural and engineering plans.
• Plan swift experience is Preferred but not essential.
• Strong MS Office Skills – especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships and engage with diverse individuals.
• Proven experience in a team environment.
• Forecasting the cost of materials required for the project.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven organization and time management skills, you must be a self-starter.
• Experience in a construction Industry preferred but not essential.
• Candidate must have exceptional Written and Spoken English. 
• English test score will be advantage.
