Responsibilities
1. New Product Introduction
- Assist in sourcing and screening new products for introduction on e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare complete product listing packages, including images, specifications, descriptions, pricing, and promotional content.
2. Market Analysis & Insights
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify opportunities for product improvement or new launches.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making for product selection and marketing strategies.
3. Product Proposal & Project Development
- Assist in drafting product proposals, feasibility studies, and project plans for new product launches or promotional campaigns.
- Support cross-functional evaluation of potential products, including demand forecasting, cost analysis, and sale contribution.
- Coordinate internal meetings to align teams on product selection, timelines, and marketing strategies.
4. Product Development Progress Tracking
- Monitor product development timeline, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to track production, stock preparation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain organized documentation of all product development activities.
5. Post-launch Product Performance Review
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze post-launch sales data, customer feedback, and platform metrics.
- Evaluate product performance, including sales trends, conversion rates, return rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports for management to inform decisions on inventory replenishment, promotional adjustments, or product discontinuation.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product company, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and campaigns.
- Support internal communication and knowledge sharing regarding product updates, performance, and market insights.
- Assist in sale review and give suggestions for the following new product development.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of product proposals, development progress, and sales performance reports.
- Prepare presentations for management meetings or platform partner discussions.
- Track performance for product success, including sales targets, margin contribution, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
1. Language Skills
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) at HSK Level 5 or above, to communicate effectively with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken) for cross-functional coordination and reporting.
2. Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, International Business, or a related field.
- Internship or prior experience in marketing, e-commerce, or product development is an advantage.
3. Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical ability to collect, interpret, and present data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and their seller tools or analytics dashboards.
4. Soft Skills & Competencies
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive and resourceful thinking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and with external partners.
