ช่างซ่อมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า - บริษัท เหย้าเหย้า อินโฟร์ เทค (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

● ทำการตรวจสอบสินค้า ประเภทการถูกส่งคืน และสินค้าประเภทการ claim ที่รับจากทีม QC ● ทำการตรวจสอบ และวิเคราะห์สภาพสินค้า อาการ และอื่นๆ ตาม VOC ที่ลูกค้าระบุ หรือแจ้งมา
● ทำการซ่อมแซมสินค้าในกลุ่มสินค้าที่สามารถซ่อมแซม หรือสามารถเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ได้
● จัดทำรายงาน และบันทึกข้อมูลของสินค้า หลังจากทำการ Inspect / Repair สินค้า
● สรุปรายงานจำนวนอะไหล่ที่จำเป็นจะต้องสั่งเข้า
● ดำเนินการคัดแยกสินค้ากลุ่ม Damage และ Good (รอซ่อมแซม / ส่งคืนคลัง) เพื่อส่งสินค้ากลุ่มดังกล่าวไปยังหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
● บริหาร และจัดหาพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้าที่ได้ทำการ Inspect แล้วให้เหมาะสม
● บันทึกภาพ หรือ VDO อาการสินค้าที่ได้รับคำร้องขอจาก Customer service
● ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น รวมทั้งบุคลากรภายในทีม ตลอดไปจนถึงผู้บังคับบัญชา
● ตรวจเช็ก วิเคราะห์อาการเสีย และซ่อมแซมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าขนาดเล็กโดยตรง รวมถึงเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ในสินค้าที่สามารถซ่อมแซมได้
