Responsibilities

  1. Oversee, maintain, and ensure compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental standards within the factory, with a focus on RBA (Responsible Business Alliance), as well as international standards such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), in accordance with current requirements.
  2. Assign, monitor, and coordinate CSR action plans across different departments. Collect, organize, and analyze sustainability data systematically to evaluate performance.
  3. Manage and prepare for internal and external audits, demonstrating a strong understanding of the specific compliance requirements of RBA and ISO standards.
  4. Lead internal meetings to monitor CSR progress and regularly prepare comprehensive performance reports for submission to Taiwan Headquarters (HQ).
  5. Clarify, explain, and resolve issues or questions raised by customers or auditors, ensuring that accurate, complete, and standards-compliant information is provided.













Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take on challenges. Able to organize, collect, and analyze information systematically, with good attention to detail and document management skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA Code of Conduct will be an advantage.
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting ISO system audits or customer audits will be an advantage. Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, auditors, and customers.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
