Responsibilities
• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations with the third-party warehouse, including issuing delivery notes, submitting orders in the system, arranging transportation for transferring products, and arranging part-time workers when needed, while ensuring efficient staff coordination.
• Work together with other departments, such as offline event and retails business, to effectively manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collaborate with customs brokers to manage import (and export) customs documentation, including TISI applications.
• Produce monthly supply chain related reports.
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and distributers.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets (advance Microsoft Excel skills).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
- Must be available to conduct on-site visits to third-party warehouse as required.
- Available to work weekends during event periods (twice a year).
- Work experience in Japanese manufacturing industry is plus.
- Able to communicate in Japanese is plus (minimum N3 level or above preferred).
