Responsibilities
- Oversee the general operations of warehouse
- Managing warehouse layout on safety rule
- Controlling operation worker to follow company policy/rules, WI, safety rules, etc.
- Supervise the checkers and forklift staff, as well as finding solutions for prevention of any possible errors
- Organize the inventory and storage areas
- Making Damage report, Mistake report, or Accident report
- Able to do summary reports in English for updating the progress to a Japanese Manager
- Skill in manpower planning staff's performance assessment, and supervision
- Checking progress of operation in receiving and outgoing team and keep updating Handling IN-OUT on all whiteboard
- Planning and Supporting 5S activity
- Planning and Supporting KAIZEN activity (OT, gasoline, etc)
- Follow instruction of manager as assigned
Qualifications
- Male of Female, aged 30-40 years old (Thai nationality only)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both of Thai and English
- Hold bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields
- Able to work at Bangplee area
- Experienced at least 5 years in warehouse management
- Strong analytical thinking, supervisory and leadership skills
- Understanding and Mindset of HO-REN-SO ,5S and KAIZEN
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Be a good team player
- Enjoy problem-solving
- Owning a car or a motorcycle is preferred
