• ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และบำรุงรักษาระบบและอุปกรณ์ทางเทคนิคภายในองค์กร (Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of technical systems and equipment within the organization)

• ซ่อมแซมงานเบื้องต้น เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ และอุปกรณ์ทั่วไป (Perform basic repairs such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general equipment)

• ตรวจเช็คความพร้อมของเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ (Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition at all times)

• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้นและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Diagnose issues and provide effective technical solutions)

• ดำเนินการตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) (Carry out preventive maintenance as planned)

• บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุงและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน (Record maintenance activities and report work results)

• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือผู้รับเหมา (ถ้ามี) (Coordinate with relevant departments or external contractors (if any))

• ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย (Safety Standards) (Follow safety standards and procedures)

• งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Perform other duties as assigned)
