Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for newly graduated candidates who are eager to start their career in logistics and customer service. The Logistics Officer will ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate logistics operations: Monitor daily shipments and deliveries.
• Customer communication: Handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.
• Documentation management: Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
• Supplier coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely service.
• Process improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency.
• Client service: Deliver excellent customer service to strengthen relationships.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (new graduates welcome).
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
