Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Mechanical maintenance: Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Technical documentation: Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with engineers and logistics staff to coordinate repairs and parts replacement.
• Process improvement: Recommend enhancements to equipment performance and maintenance procedures.
• Safety compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.
• Site visits: visit sites if required
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Certificate in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or technician roles.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• Ability to communicate in English will be an advantage.
