Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Supervise and manage plastic sheet extrusion
- Lead a team of production employees to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Improve processes and measures to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections to minimize defects and waste.
- Train and guide production staff to enhance skills and proficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve technical issues and improve productivity.
- Implement safety measures and adhere to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Participate in production planning meetings and contribute to decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Note: Applicants must be willing to work at the factory in Khao Yoi, Phetchaburi. On-site accommodation is available if needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial position in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in extrusion plastic sheet production (PVC, ABS, PC, PMMA, PP, etc.)
- Expertise in operating and troubleshooting plastic extrusion machinery.
- Proficiency in operating related machinery and equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and production management principles.
- Strong team leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical troubleshooting proficiency.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to safety regulations and creating a safe working environment for all employees.
