Responsibilities
• ดูแลและจัดการงานเอกสารภายในบริษัท
• ประสานงานระหว่างแผนกภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
• จัดทำรายงาน และสนับสนุนงานของฝ่ายบริหาร
• ดูแลอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และงานจัดซื้อทั่วไปของสำนักงาน
• จัดการนัดหมาย การประชุม และจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สนับสนุนงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลเบื้องต้น เช่น การบันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกงาน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• เพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 25–35 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวศ หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์งานธุรการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีทักษะในการจัดการเอกสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
