Responsibilities
- กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบการบันทึกรายการใบแจ้งหนี้ที่มีความซับซ้อน รวมถึงใบแจ้งหนี้แบบ Non-PO และใบวางบิลจากคู่ค้าต่างประเทศ (Multi-Currency)
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน (Month-End Close) ด้าน AP-AR ตรวจสอบรายงานอายุหนี้ (Aging Report) จัดทำรายการตั้งค้างจ่าย (Accruals) และกระทบยอดสินค้าที่ได้รับแต่ยังไม่มีใบแจ้งหนี้ (Unbilled Receiving)
- จัดทำและบันทึกรายการสมุดรายวันทั่วไปที่มีความซับซ้อน สำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า (Prepaid Expenses) หนี้สินหมุนเวียนประจำ และรายการตั้งค้างจ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AP-AR
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีย่อย (Sub-Ledger) เข้าสู่บัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป (General Ledger) เป็นประจำทุกเดือน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการดำเนินการด้านภาษีบนใบแจ้งหนี้ของคู่ค้าและลูกค้า เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax)
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการจัดทำรายงานภาษีประจำปีให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนด
- ให้คำแนะนำ ตรวจสอบ และสอนงาน (Coaching) การทำงานประจำวันของทีมงานบัญชีระดับ Junior หรือเจ้าหน้าที่บันทึกข้อมูล
- Oversee and review complex invoice processing, non-PO transactions, and multi-currency international vendor bills.
- Manage the month-end close process for AP-AR, including aging report reviews, accrual preparation, and unbilled receiving reconciliations.
- Prepare and post complex journal entries for prepaid expenses, recurring liabilities, and AP-AR accruals.
- Perform monthly reconciliations between Sub-Ledgers and the General Ledger (GL).
- Ensure proper tax compliance and accuracy on vendor and customer invoices, including VAT and Withholding Tax.
- Manage annual tax reporting processes in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance, review daily work, and coach junior accounting staff or data entry clerks.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือการบริหารธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) หรือบัญชีทั่วไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง 3–6 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในระบบบัญชี AP-AR, การกระทบยอด GL และกฎหมายภาษีอากรในประเทศ
- มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ การสื่อสาร และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี พร้อมที่จะเติบโตและเป็น mentor ให้กับทีม
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ และความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้โปรแกรม Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) หรือโปรแกรม ERP ทางบัญชี
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3–6+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Solid expertise in AP-AR processes, GL reconciliations, and local tax compliance.
- Proven leadership potential with strong interpersonal and coaching skills to guide junior team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in accounting systems/ERP and Excel.
